I arrived before 9:15 am for my 9:30 am appointment. I was taken into an exam room promptly (before 9:30) and the MA told me the doctor would be in shortly. The doctor walked in just after 10 am. I got no explanation or acknowledgment of the fact that I'd been waiting over 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment.
