My experience was just fine. However, I saw on the door that there is a policy that if you are five minutes late, they can reschedule your appointment. I was early and I'm usually early but I still think only a five minute leeway is terrible Customer Service. I mentioned this to the receptionist who told me the doctors appointments are in 15 minute increments. Wonder if my situation called for more than 15 minutes from the doctor? Would my doctor be rushed and forced me to come back for a second appointment appointment? I realize a schedule can't be put way behind because a person is late, but five minutes is egregious
