Overall, I really like Dr. Griffin and appreciated the information she was able to provide. The frustrating part was I had to wait almost an hour past my appointment before she saw me. It was frustrating because I was not giving any indication that she was running behind when I showed up and checked in at the office. Also, Aurora took it upon itself to merge my profile with one from way before I got married and had a lot of wrong information that had to be corrected. I had already made all the updates in my chart but because of their merger I lost all confirmations and follow-up of my appointment and had to go through IT just to get additional support.

Physician and all staff were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable.

Everything is going good, it's a pleasure to have her as my Dr.

I appreciate the creative way that the doctor and staff were able to address my issue when I was out of the area. The virtual visit worked well. The treatment provided seems to be working as expected.

Dr Griffin is attentive, listens carefully, knows my history, is very clear in her instructions... always caring and professional. I feel very fortunate to be her patient. Her positive outlook on my healthcare is reassuring.
