Dr Player listened to everything I said and not only did he explain things for me, he wrote them down on a piece of paper for me.
For the most part it was ok , the stuff when you check in not very friendly, also the stuff when you call with a question or a concern about something or have to change your appointment are not very nice about it kinda put out. Would be nice to have a little respect and not act like it to much work to do.When you call for a nurse question they say they will call back with your answer and they don't have to call back office a few times the day after to get my answer.
Dr. Player is just the best provider. Despite being incredibly knowledgeable, he truly listens to my thoughts and concerns without judgement. I am incredibly grateful to have him as my PCP.
