This was to be a virtual visit, but became a phone visit as the provider was 1/2 hour late. It would have been nice if someone from the clinic would have called or sent a text to say that they were running late, and how much longer the wait would be. The doctor took the time to listen to me and answer my questions. More needs to be done by Aurora in general to treat people with more care. The clinic in general treats people as objects without feelings. There is also no follow up by anyone.

He takes the time to lessen to you and explain what needs to change. As to lower my meds for I lost a lot of weight. He is a great doctor and caring but is so had to get an appointment for he is so busy. I get excellent care . Dr. Player is the best doctor I have had in a long time.

It's refreshing to have a doctor look at you as he's talking and listening, instead of being on computer.

My doc was brand new to me so he did not have my history. I like my new doc a lot. His name is Charlie Player.

Love Dr. Player. He's the best PCP I've ever had or met. He is a great listener and takes time with his patients. He is also very knowledgeable and dedicated.

Dr. Player seems to really care about his patients and explains all about health care that you ask him about.
