I arrived 15 mins early for my appointment. I was called back 20 mins after my appointment was supposed to start. After seeing the nurse another 20 minutes passed. An hour after me initial appointment, i had to leave before seeing the doctor to pick up my kids. I enjoy my doctor but this needs to change. Allow more time for visits so everyone is not pushed. Or notify your customers of late times, so schedule adjustments can be made.
Explained everything in a way I could understand, displayed extreme patience and genuine concern for me . Great doctors/ patient skills!
Dr. Player is an awesome doctor!
The one question about preventing injury was not really talked about because of the injury that I have. He and the staff got all the appointments set up for me before I left, I really appreciated that and there concern.
I recently switched to Dr Player and am very glad that I did as I like his approach and personality.

I consider myself lucky to have Dr. Player as my physician for the past 8 years. He has a very welcoming attitude, great sense of humor, and honestly cares about his patients. He throughly explains things, and it feels like a physician and patient partnership as he takes his patient's opinion, and wishes into account when developing a plan of treatment.
