Dr Player was a refreshing change from my last healthcare provider. I felt listened to and given many options, ranging from medicine to holistic alternatives. I felt like he genuinely was interested in my concerns and didn't just brush me off in any way. I really appreciated his attentiveness and insights.

Dr Player is a very knowledgeable and caring provider who takes time to make sure he has all the information he needs and then completely explains in terms the patient understands. I felt very comfortable after leaving his office. I would and already have recommended him to others.

Dr. Player made me feel relaxed. He listened well and explained things in a way that I could understand. He spent a lot of time with me and did not seem rushed. Prompt follow up message with lab results. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience.

I appreciate Dr Player, his nurse, all of the people working at the reception desk and the people in the blood/imaging department. Furthermore, I appreciate Dr Player's effort in spending time with his patients, even if that means that I may have to wait a bit longer to see him.

This was to be a virtual visit, but became a phone visit as the provider was 1/2 hour late. It would have been nice if someone from the clinic would have called or sent a text to say that they were running late, and how much longer the wait would be. The doctor took the time to listen to me and answer my questions. More needs to be done by Aurora in general to treat people with more care. The clinic in general treats people as objects without feelings. There is also no follow up by anyone.

Dr. Player is a great doctor.
