Ms Etzel NP is very thorough with her treatment services. She explains in way you can understand always leaving room for the patient to ask questions.. to make sure they understood what she was saying. Seen her on several occasions when primary was not available.

Carol is one of the most amazing representatives of a healthcare provider. She listens to everything I say and asks further questions or provides me with her opinion on what she believes would be a solution. I never feel rushed or even feel that she's just trying to get "done with me" so she can get to her next patient! I have never had a more caring and compassionate Doctor that I have had this much respect for. If I could, I would recommend family and friends to see her for any ailment mainly due to the interest she shows in trying to find solutions to anything you bring to her attention.
