Dr. Etzel is an amazing nurse practitioner. She is very considerate and compassionate towards her patients. I have nothing but good things to say about her. She educated me in regards to my s/s and tried to answer my questions to the best of her ability. I appreciate how she went above and beyond to make sure I was okay with the decisions she would make in my treatment. I know health care workers are going through a lot, especially with the staffing in our healthcare facilities, but I am thankful they are still able to provide the best care they can. Thank you Dr.Etzel!

Please don't misunderstand me, Carol Etzel was very nice, efficient and when I spoke of perhaps doing a CT of my head, since I had 2 weeks of a blaring headache on the right side of my head, she agreed! This part I liked! But after she came back in and said my CT was fine, I wasn't really given any instructions as to what to do next! I really felt unheard!! In general I guess I'll have to take appropriate actions on my own, since I still have this headache!

Just took longer than I expected, but it was a busy day for them and every step of the process was explained very well.
I was seen by a nurse practitner and she was awesome she listened and asked me a lot of questions regarding my complaints and she went above and beyond to examine me and ran necessary tests and waited for the results and explained everything I truly appreciate her skills and expertise
It was a great experience. The MA was friendly. Carol, the NP, was thorough, asked questions, answered my questions, made suggestions, and I felt very comfortable during my exam.
