I want to say that this provider is new to me within the past year, so she doesn't know me that well through no fault of her own. Having said that, I don't feel the continuity between visits that I used to enjoy in my first 30 years as an LMG patient. Almost feels a little like we're starting back at the beginning at each visit, so I am wondering what else has changed at Advocate besides my physician? I sure hope the medical team is not being asked to see too many patients in too few hours or given no time to review files before followup visits.
Dr. Joseph listened to me and offered good advice about my healthcare. Her nurse was also very good at interviewing me about my health concerns. Very good positive advice from Dr. Joseph.

The nurse that checked me in did not have the pleasant and polite delivery that previous nurses provided. Step on the scale, step down from the scale, etc. No please, thank you, etc. Just commands.

Dr Bincy Joseph is absolutely wonderful. She is always interested in my well being. The downstairs front desk is always friendly. Dr Joseph's nurse is very pleasant and puts me at ease if I need it!
