I have always been very happy with the way the appointments have went.

Dr Joseph is always very efficient and helpful. Whenever I message he with a question or concern, she replies promptly. I value her as my primary care physician.

Overall a good appointment with the provider answering questions and knowledgeable. I do think Advocate needs to make sure they have quality nurses and entire staff of technicians know the proper way to take blood pressure on patients. It never should have been taken over a heavy sweater or mid arm.

The doctor was very friendly and made me feel comfortable.

Dr. Joseph is always up on my shots, blood tests, etc. She is friendly and very approachable. She is aware of things going on in my life. She is an excellent primary care physician.

I trust Dr. Joseph; she listens to my concerns; answers all my questions and asks me many questions. She's the best!!!
