Great doctor she listen to myself

I arrived early and still had no wait... I was seen by Dr. Bincy Joseph several minutes BEFORE my scheduled time. Add to this - I called at 10:30 a.m. with an infection issue and got an appointment at 2:40 p.m. the same day... Doctor was thorough in explaining my situation, how to prevent it in the future, and what to look for as I healed (and when to call if it doesn't go as planned.) My history of DPT shots was available, as well as my cancer etc. in my history. She insisted I make a routine p.e. appointment in 6 months so I don't fall through the cracks.

Was seen in a timely manner. Records were searched to see which vaccines I had not yet received & was asked whether I wanted those. Other tests were added to be done at a time convenient to me. The next appt. was made before I left the doctor's office. Results of one test were conveyed by phone a day later. Current health issues being taken care of by other doctors were discussed. I was asked if I wanted a paper copy of what was done that day, or if I wanted to rely on the LiveWell app.

Dr Joseph, is the very best. She is kind, considerate, very thorough and help me so much. I couldn't ask for a better doctor. Treat her well.
