San Juan is the absolute best

it was my first visit at this clinic an Dr.April San Juan was very informative in discussing my health evaluation

I saw April San Juan, NP for a wellness physical and i cant tell you how awesome she was and her bedside manner was 10/10. She was so nice and attentive from the moment she walked in the room.

Need work on length of time to receive followup services, such as ultra sounds and x rays. Also, their locations, for easier walkup access.

My visit with Ms. April San Juan was a reassuring visit in that everything was going to be all right. She took her time, explained everything and above all she listened to my concerns. I Always very Satisfied with my visit.

Being the office is downtown Chicago parking is non existence.

April is amazing. I love coming to her, she is warm in her mannerisms and the way she speaks is professional yet not demeaning. She is clear and well spoken even when I have questions or need clarification on something.

April San Juan, APN is a great PMD. Advocate is lucky to have her.
