Lab was short staff which put everyone an hour behind

The 9th floor waiting room is unhealthy. It has plastic plants that collect dust! Dusty dirty plastic plants are not healthy. Take them out. I'd rather have a sparse room w pictures than dirt. I am glad that masks are required on that floor. Kudos for that.

Dr. Ruggeri, totally put my mind at ease, he read through my pathology report with me completely explaining what all the words meant that I didn't understand (Medical Jargon) he explained my options, and which option he would recommend, after letting me know the pro's and con's of each option. He is a true professional with an amazing bedside manner a real asset to Aurora, as well, I feel the same about his whole staff that I dealt with today! Thank you

As always, everyone I interacted with today were knowledgeable and professional and were just pleasant to interact with them. Thanks to all of them.

All good need more test

Other than the longish wait everything went well. The wait wasn't the fault of the doctor but seemed to be the result of staffing issues. The staff as always polite and attentive.
