Dr. Ruggeri is an incredible Doctor. He is very easy to talk with and he explains thing ins way that I can understand. As I was going through Cancer I don't know what I would have done without him, he was there for me when I needed him most.
Everything is great. However, I wish the front desk personnel were a bit friendlier. I've said this from the beginning...they all sort of 'bark' at the next person in line...'come down here', 'I can help you' it's hard to tell if they are on the phone or not. Most people hesitate bc they don't want to interfere. I saw it happen twice on my visit today. The patients are anxious and/or nervous. A kind voice and a SMILE would mean so much at the outset. I'm at the end of my treatment and cancer journey...others are just starting and could use the empathy. These CSR's are the first people they encounter...they need to be friendlier. The lab techs are always great, the MA's/nurses are great and of course the Dr. is top notch...a welcoming smile is so important. Thank you.
We always spend too much time waiting. Usually about an hour after my appointment time.
Ma that did rooming for Dr Ruggeri was very friendly and personable awesome and Dr Ruggeri was awesome like always

Dr. Ruggeri and the nurse who saw me were absolutely phenomenal! Listened to me carefully and answered all my questions and concerns!
waited 40 min before going to exam room. Then waited 10 min to see Dr. They had not updated medication planed during previous months appointment. waited 40 min. to receive injection.
They come no better than Dr Ruggeri. he listens to his patients and explains things so you can understand. So happy to have him for a doctor.
Dr. Ruggeri is the best doctor I've ever had. He is patient and focused on me when I see him. I always feel like I'm his only patient. He definitely is a wonderful human being and a great doctor.
