Dr Cipolla asked many questions about my condition. He prescribed medication and asked me to follow up next week to see if the medication is addressing my condition.

Every time I go to see this office, they are running late 45 minutes... I really do t like that. Also, if the medical nurse doesn't re fill a prescription, she never gives a courtesy call, or message on the portal to let the patient know about the changes. I have to find out from the pharmacy the refill was declined - its just rude

Dr. Cipolla is the best!

The office was well maintained, and clean. The doctor and staff was so welcoming, friendly, and informative. I was looking for a primary doctor I could trust and felt comfortable seeing and talking with. Happy to drive the extra miles to make this office my new primary doctor. Scheduling however seemed really behind or poorly managed, hopefully I won't experience the extensive wait time with future visits.

Dr Cipolla is amazing. He is kind and always takes the time to finish the visit. I never feel rushed.
