Dr.Cipolla is very patient and pleasant. He is very knowledgeable and worked with me to get testing scheduled.
Came for an acute concern. Really appreciated the doctor's style. He listened and validated. He explained his thought process and reasoning for each part of his physical exam. I left the office feeling confident in the diagnosis, plan, and next steps. I would recommend him to others.
Dr.Anthony Cipolla is the best doctor I've had in years. Always answers messages, emails, in a timely manner. He and the nurses and staff are very easy to talk to
The girls at the front desk were very professional and polite. When I called to make the appt I explained the importance of seeing Dr Cipolla and they were able to get me in to see him right away. Dr Cipolla is an excellent Dr and very easy to talk to. Very happy with him.

I was in the exam room for an hour before I finally saw the doctor.
We are trying to navigate the system and are disappointed in a few things: 1) That we could not get a COVID shot for our infant and the provider could not tell us a location where we could get it. 2) We have some messages in MyChart that we are still waiting to hear back from the provider on. He said that he would respond (they are about mom's medication) and there was no update. He is a fantastic clinician. We feel seen by him, however he does not seem to know how to advocate well for us in the system. As we are on an HMO this is more important.
