Dr. Cipolla listens very intently and offers excellent health advice. The girls at the front desks are kind and very thorough in giving information on availability of appointment dates, times, and any referrals I have needed.

I really enjoyed the Dr visit, he took his time with me and really listened to what I had to say. I definitely will keep him as my doctor.

I love my doctor. However, the Advocate system caused issues due to a lack of relaying pertinent information when I made the appointment. When I made the appointment, I specifically said it was for a Prolia Shot. The call center evidently did not relay this information to the doctor's office. Had they given the reason for my visit, the doctor's office would have contacted me to let me know they don't carry Prolia in the office and arranged for me to pick it up as a prescription at my pharmacy. Since this was not done, I drove 13 miles to the doctor's office and the Prolia shot was not able to be done since they did not have the product. For this reason, I would much rather work directly with my doctor's office to set up appointments rather than through a call center that has no relationship with my doctor. In my case, it caused a huge inconvenience as I now need to wait for the prescription and then go back again to the doctor's office to have the medication injected.

We had seen other doctors before finding doctor cipolla. He is by far the best doctor we have found. He listens and has a great way of explaining things. He is not dismissive like other doctors. He has a great attitude and cares about his patients!
