The office staff, nurse, and Dr. Cipolla were very caring and professional. Dr. Cipolla was very thorough and answered all our concerns.

I waited at least an hour to see the doctor at my first visit, and this time was even worse. I like the doctor's personality, attention, and willingness to help. The majority of the staff members up front are nice. The nurse is very much on task, but my perception is that there may be a bit of room for improvement in listening/responding overall. No one made me aware that my prescriptions provided refills for only 6 months instead of one year--which was a first for me after previously being a patient for a long time in another doctor's office.

Everyone is very thorough and they make me feel comfortable. No question I ask or inquiries are left without an answer in terms I can understand. Great group!

Dr. Cipolla takes the time to answer questions and takes your goals, personal situation and preferences into account. He doesn't take the "one size fits all" approach to his patients. Highly recommended!

Doctor and his assistant were great receptionists staff need need a lot at training. Left me sitting for over 50 minutes without any notice or communication that doctor was running late. They were very unprofessional. I would highly recommend the doctor and his assistant. They saved the appointment.
