Dr. Cipolla is a great provider with excellent bedside manners. I travel 35 miles to see him and he worth the time and money. The only problem with this office is that they are constantly overbooked and the waiting time after arrival is VERY LONG. This time I've been waiting 50 minutes. They should implement the practice when they inform the patient that the waiting time is longer than usual. A simple solution like a receptionist walks into the waiting area, explains the reason and telling the patient about the situation could work. Bottom Line: a great doctor, but the practice should improve their business processes.

The doctor is wonderful. He is well informed, thoughtful, and listens very well. I have recommended my family members to see him.
