Takes forever to get an appointment. When you are having a bad medical issue they are not able to help much.
I had a 3:00 PM appointment. Got there at 2:45 PM. Got double billed for the $15.00 copay (then one was refunded). Shown to the waiting room at 3:12 PM. Asked at 3:46 PM if I had been forgotten. Was told Dr Bansal would be "right there". I eventually was seen at 4:15 PM. All was good. Will have early morning appts from here on out.
Great bedside manner. Timely and professional. He listened to comprehend and understand your issues. He doesn't rush you. Felt very comfortable explaining my concerns. I would definitely recommend Dr. B. Keep up the fantastic work.
Dr .Bansal- is a great provider-always listens and cares about his patients- On a separate note Not at all happy about traveling to Downers Grove if I need to be in the hospital - If that happens I will have to find a local dr-that goes to one of the local hospitals.
Dr. Bansal cares about his patients. He found my cancer and makes sure that follow-up is taken!
