Had to wait 15 minutes beyond appt time to get in. That is not reasonable in my opinion. Numerous people came in after me and got in before me. Like 100% of them. Not sure what was going on but I was about to go to the desk to see if there was a problem and just then they came out to get me.

Dr Bansal answered all my questions and was able to schedule my next colonoscopy because of my history of polyps.
