Excellent care from the doctor, nurses, and anesthesiologist. Very happy with all the kindness and concern they had during my time there.
The "check in" receptionist did not start with "Good morning" or "Hello". Instead she only stated: "Did you check in downstairs?" It felt rude and impersonal. A little courtesy goes a long way.
Dr. Bansal is very informative and I never feel like he just read my file before he came in the room. He knew background in detail and that made me feel like he actually cares.
