Doctor knew my health history, beyond recent events. Really took time I needed. Answered questions completely. Much more thorough than previous dermatology services I have used.

I had a 1030 appointment and didn't see the doctor until 1115. She is very thorough, so I understand the delay. However perhaps her appointments could be longer duration so people don't have to wait as long in the exam room.

My appt was scheduled for 12:30 and I was in exam room early!!! Dr. Schaus took her time with the exam, explained as she went along, was thorough and professional!

The doctor and her nurse made me feel comfortable at all times. She is very thorough with her skin exams.during the exam she asked me several times if I was doing ok. They left me in room for a very extended time, without checking on me or getting started. Very unprofessional!!! Was good once they got started.

I think Dr. Schaus provides excellent medical care. My only concerns are the length of time it takes to schedule an appointment with her and the fact that I had to wait over an hour past my scheduled appointment time to see her on the day of my appointment.
