Dr Schaus is the most caring and thorough dermatologist I have ever met. I hope Aurora HC is not confusing her level of care and thorough treatment with patient or staff complaints about delays or waits. I appreciate that if she were telling me I had cancer that the next patient might be delayed. I try to appreciate that I might have a delay - which is far better being the delay! She is wonderful and I will be loyal to her wherever she goes!
I have seen dr before and was very pleased. She was behind this time which I am ok with but I felt like she was making up time at my expense. This is not like her. Hopefully just bad day. Was a very uncomfortable experience with procedure and wasn't told how to treat the wound just call if problems. I will definitely go see her again. She is a good dr.
I appreciate that Dr. S (app won't allow full name!) is thorough, competent, and includes me in the decision making process. She gives several options, and the time line for each. She has a wonderful way of distracting me when what she is doing is uncomfortable, and is encouraging throughout the appointment.

Dr. Schaus is a wonderful doctor. She is always great at explaining everything, and it's obvious how knowledgeable she is with all skin-related issues. I'm always comfortable during visits, and all of my concerns and questions were answered. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a dermatologist.
