Had to wait 30 minutes but was glad to get an appointment in 2 weeks. Dr. Schaus is an expert in her field and explains things well. She is kind and takes time with her patients. So glad to have her as my derm doctor!

every thing was great I could not pre register. I got the first code via e-mail that didn't work second by phone and that did not work.

My appointment was for 9:30 a.m. I was brought in to the exam room close to on time. After a brief check in with the nurse, I was told to undress and wait for Dr. Schaus. She did not arrive until right before 10 a.m. So the wait was not great. However Dr. Schaus is very thorough and does not seem to rush through the skin exam. This is very important to me and worth waiting for. She addressed areas of concern I had, looked again at previous areas of concern, and did a very comprehensive look at the rest of my body. She reminded me of what to look for on my body and that if I notice any changes to contact her office before my next exam. I feel she does a great job of treating us as individuals, not just a number on a chart.

Everyone from the MA, to the assistant, to the scheduler was super friendly and helpful, which made for a great experience.
