I love my doctor. The only thing I wish is that if she's doing a full body check like a yearly that she should give herself more time during the scheduling so that I don't have to sit there for an hour and a half or longer because she does take her time, which is greatly appreciated!

Dr. Schaus was extremely thorough!

Dr. Schaus is an excellent doctor. She spends time with her patients and does a very thorough skin exam. However, my appointment was at 10 a.m. and I didn't see her until 11:35! No one checked in with me to tell me she was running that behind. Fortunately I didn't have anything following or I would have had to cancel and leave and appointments are virtually impossible to get in a timely manner. Had I known that she was running that behind I wouldn't have got there by 9:45. I was quite upset to have waited an hour and a half.

Dr. Schaus is an exceptional doctor. She is very thorough and that makes me confident of her diagnosis. The one issue I had was the length of time on site. From check in to check out, I was at the clinic for 2 hours.

This provider is very helpful and pleasant. I have no doubt she knows her job and is good at it. The only problem is the wait time. I waited over an hour from the time I checked in until I actually got in the room and another 15 to 20 minutes to actually see her. This is unacceptable in my opinion. I understand that things can happen for the Dr to run behind. But that is too long. Thank you.
