Aurora does not have enough dermatologists to meet the demand in my area. This makes appointments difficult to schedule and wait-times at appointments too long. This is not the fault of my dermatologist. My dermatologist is kind, attentive, and thorough.

Allison is very thorough. She misses nothing. Because she's so thorough, she caught two basal cell areas very early. I recommend her to everyone that asks me where I go to the dermatologist. She's the best!

Simply the BEST!!

I waited over 55 minutes past my appointment time to be roomed. The receptionist was not good at keeping me informed and notifying me that the provider was running behind. I had to ask for updates with no info. My time is valuable and being at the doctor for almost 2 hours should not happen.

The system Dr Schaus and staff have for appts works great. Dr S always does a nice job of explaining and discussing. She has a gentle touch and demeanor which is appreciated. As a very modest patient, I don't get anxiety about my skin check appointments any more thanks to Dr Schaus.
