Very comfortable, felt understood, able to convey my thoughts and ideas

The blood and urine test was done within a half hour of my visit to my provider. Plus, a CT scan schedule was done and performed within 24 hours of my provider visit.
She is a wonderful doctor, we are currently very, very satisfied with Dr. Agata.

Patient service is terrible. When I check in the girls are not friendly at all. I don't know that it would bother them to attend to you.
Making an appointment when you are sick is next to impossible. I do not like calling the call center and then having to wait for a response from the dr office.
This provider listens attentively and proceeds with logic and compassion. She makes me feel heard and cares about my health.
