She was very Kind, patient, and very attentive, the Doctor show a lot of care and concern.
The call center process makes it impossible to get the help I need in a timely manner. I had to call in at least five times and send messages through the app before I finally got through to someone in the actual office. Everyone in the actual doctors office is fantastic. The call center could stand to be more specific in their messages to my providers. They also need a better way to communicate to the doctors office as it seems like when they are not specific enough the people in my providers office can't prioritize or help their patients efficiently. Something needs ti be done about this. It should not take weeks to get an appointment or at the very least a call back from the doctors office because the call center didn't ask the right questions or give the right information.
The doctor is amazing and really has my best interests at heart. I can't ask for more from her. The one area of improvement continues to be the app and the contact phone number on the app. I unfortunately had a day off of my medication due to the slow response to the app and running out of medication even after placing my request in advance.
I She was helpful and took her time to explain all that was going on and made sure i follow with the lung doctor. She was concerned they were not following up with with testing and advised me to call them back. Want to thank the doctor for even moral support for me
