The provider was perfect no issue with that the problem is that ever since the office do not take the calls directly it has being very difficult to get in contact with the office for any reason the call center is nice and understanding but it's takes longer or sometimes Imposible to get in contact with the nurse or the doctor directly It was very easy before when you just call the office to schedule an appointment, or medication questions or anything I have being with this office for 17yrs

The wait time to actually see the doctor is too long. I waited over an hour. Wait times should not be more than 20 minutes, patients should have their time respected also.
