Polish-speaking nurses are the greatest help. They are very helpful and professional and help a lot. In fact, if it wasn't for them, I would have given up on this doctor's help.

Very good doctor.

Very knowledgeable physician but spent little time with me to explain my medical conditions and best way to treat.

Check in was confusing. Rheumatology moved from floor 2 to floor 1. There were no signs or prior communications about this move. Upstairs sent me downstairs. After waiting well past my appointment time I asked a nurse who said I wasn't in the right place. However, the desk agent said I was and that my Dr was across the way and running late. Signage is needed so people know where to go. Sending out a message in MyChart also would've been helpful

Dr. Mohammed takes very good care of my mom.

Dr Mohammed is excellent at listening. He takes all concerns seriously and I feel like I am in a private practice that cares. Many other Advocate providers I have seen rush through the appt and leave me feeling lost in a big Corporation. Dr Mohammed does not project this philosophy. He cares.

Doctor did not wash his hand when he came into the room or prior to the procedure. Wasn't comfortable asking him to do so. He came in with gloves on - not sure why.
