With the Doctor everything was very good. At the front desk is where I did not feel well, because the lady who attended me did not want to help me with a new appointment and with a referral that the doctor was sending me. She limited herself to saying that now they don't do that. And it wasn't nice. On the contrary, the front desk team on the second floor did help me with great kindness and helped me with what I needed.
