As far as the doctor, it was fine. A lot of front desk confusion. I had no idea that my doctor moved his office downstairs. I went upstairs and was told, Didn't you see the sign?...he moved to the first floor. When I walk in, I always go directly to where I'm use too. Was never told he moved. So then I proceeded to check in and was told then to have a seat. After waiting sometime I went back to the desk and asked if the doctor was running behind. She went to the back to ask, turns out I was never checked in properly by the front desk. Then when I was finished with my visit, I walked out and went to the desk to ask for my summary and order for a dexa scan and I was told I had to go back to the line to check in because they don't check out my doctors patients. Then the girl came out with my paperwork. The attitude was very poor upstairs and downstairs. NOT the girl who gave me the paperwork from Dr. Mohammed. I have a history of low blood pressure, well, not this visit! These girls are on the frontline with patients, this is where you get an impression how your visit will go. This day was a very bad impression. The attitudes should've been left at the front door before dealing with patients.
