Dr. Benson is awesome. Takes time to ask me questions and genuinely cares about my health.

Dr. Benson and all of the staff were extremely helpful. They put me at ease and gave me the feeling of being well cared for. They helped me to understand the whole procedure even though I have a severe hearing loss.

This provider sometimes uses medical vocabulary that is unfamiliar to patients. It would be helpful if he explained it in layman's terms rather than assume we understand all the medical jargon.
