The whole staff has always been wonderful. Dr. Benson is very knowledgeable, kind and patient. Highly recommend.
Dr Benson and his staff were professional, knowledgeable and understanding. With the Accoustic Neuroma, he's helpful in going over the available options, advising on the most effective methods of treatment for the condition and has a team of highly trained professionals to refer patients to. When appropriate, he accommodates video visits for those traveling from a distance.

I don't feel as through Dr.Benson had the same goal that I did. While I wanted the hike in my ear repaired, more importantly I wanted to resolve the itching and fluid (mucus?) in my ear. My problem continues to exist, the suggestion he gave to help it, hurt terribly! He advised a vinegar and alcohol solution- he said it should be fine as my ear was healed, it felt like I poured alcohol in an open wound. And I was misquoted in his notes. I am also disappointed that my post hearing test was not compared to my pre hearing test.. or if it was that is not explained in anything I have read.
I felt that the office visit was a fast paced visit. I felt Dr. Benson had his mind made up what my test result showed and there was really very little to talk about other then to get a hearing aid. He talked very fast and looked like he had to be some place else. I feel as though I want to see another ENT to get a second opinion of my results and what options I might have.

Dr. Benson and his team are wonderful. He took the time to check-in with me about my mental health too as well as my medical well-being. He's a really good doctor. His staff is great too. I never worry about new staff who come Into the room to assist him because I know that if they are on his team then they must be competent. Thanks Dr. Benson!
