The front desk staff are often unfriendly. Usual no eye contact. Usually burdened by questions, as they are to busy with their computer to have to talk to the person in front of them. However medical staff is friendlly.
Dr. LaMaster is a wonderful provider. Truly compassionate and caring in his interactions. He listened to my concerns, gave input, next steps and follow up. I am grateful to have him as my PCP.
The staff who greet you when you arrive and who check you out when you leave were very friendly and helpful. And I love Dr. LaMaster.

Always a great experience, always a plan, lots of pauses by the doctor and nurse to make sure everything was answered and check-in if I had other concerns. The check out clerk was also particularly patient and helpful
