Dr Pflum, his nurse and other associates are knowledgeable, professional and collaborative, explaining things at just tge right level of understanding. Dr Pflum listens and takes my input with treatment planning. Excellent care!
I had to tell him my medical history and once I did it was like a so what attitude. Inwas told "I've seen this type of nose Bleed, it happens all the time" but I still do not know what caused it. I asked about a CT scan to see if it would show something and was told "No, this is common". It might be common for him because he is a nose doctor but he did not make me feel that he was really concerned..I just felt rushed or that I was bothering him with my questions I was charged a $60 copays and I think I deserve better treatment than that. I would never recommend him nor visit him again
