My first appointment here and I wish the signage at the facility was better. The doctor's name was not on the directory near the elevator nor could I see a numbered street address. Doctor, Audiologist and staff were all good.
One of the best experiences I have had with a doctor. So impressed by his attentiveness and ability to problem solve my numerous issues. I will definitely be coming back if the need arises and my husband now also wants to see Dr. Pflum.
First visit and I was very impressed...full discussion of my issue with great ideas to move forward with. The slight delay in seeing me was because he was taking time with another patient and I have no problem with that...one day it might be me. :)

I explained that I've had reoccurring issues for several months. He looked at my hearing test and said I was fine. I know my body and feel something is not right. I'm going to a different doctor through a different network for a second opinion. I can't believe I waited 6 weeks for this appt.
