This was my first time meeting this provider. I have been a patient here for years, but I am new to this doctor. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment and was taken to a room at the appointed time. However this is the first time that I had to wait almost 45 minutes before seeing the doctor. The doctor did apologize for the delay and thankfully I had nothing else scheduled for my morning. I admit that at one point I was tempted to leave. Since this was a delayed appointment, I was unable to be seen in June and this was the next available for me. After the lab, I was there a total of 2 hours for this routine appointment. Hopefully when I return, it will be expedited.

Well done

The only negative was that I waited 15 minutes to get in and then waited 35 minutes for the doctor. It would have been nice if I had been alerted that there was a delay.
