Dr. Goschin Is the best family practitioner doctor I've ever had. She not only takes her time and explains everything to you answers all your questions and it's just a wonderful caring person. We need more doctors like her. Her staff is wonderful. Also everyone was so helpful and kind from the front desk to the lab technician thank you for making my appointment go smoothly!

Ellexect service from beginning to end.

I really appreciate the time she took to listen to me, and explain to me what certain test results meant. Some results had been in the negative range for years, but no other physician took the time to show they even cared about it, do further investigation to resolve things, or explain the results to me in a way to make me understand how serious it could be.

My experience was good

While waiting for my appointment I was approached by security alerting me that there was a fire drill occurring at 10:30 (the time of my appointment) and that everyone would need to leave the building. Obviously, my appointment was delayed due to this, but it also disrupted the appointment prior to mine further delaying my wait. I understand the need for fire drills, however, it's wrong to assume each person waiting for their appointment has extra time on their own schedule to accommodate the clinics training. It would have been helpful to know prior to even coming to my appointment that I did not need to arrive early and that my appointment certainly would not occur at its scheduled time so I could have planned accordingly.

My previous provider retired and this was my first visit to this provider.
