I was happy with Dr. O'rourke. Very disappointed with the run around to get to talk a nurse. It is much better to deal with nursing staff who are onsite. I had to go through two interviews before I could get an appointment.
He's an excellent physician. He's very thorough and friendly. Explains test results very carefully and answers all your questions without rushing. Goes through all of your medications with you and reorders any prescriptions that are running low. Gives you a statement saying who you need to make appointments with in the next several months. He's the best!

O'rourke has been my doctor for many years. He is awesome. I chose to continue with him even though advocate is out of network for my insurance.
