Great care in discussing my doctors going forward.

When I need answers to a question I always get them when by phone or in the office. I have been with him for many years.

Did not feel rushed with anything. Took time to explain everything and addressed all concerns.

Dr O'Rourke became my primary care physician approximately one year ago and has been everything I want in a physician: good listener, obviously brilliant and explains things so I can understand his explanation or advice. Also should mention that the transition for me from his former hospital system to Advocate has been seamless also.

MA was very nice and generally good, but when doing the Medicare evaluation for the patient, my husband, who has Alzheimer's, she was somewhat confusing in her directions. I think this affected the results on some of his routine, Medicare evaluation, testing, primarily the hearing test.
