I would have hoped for and expected a more professional level of decorum of all the medical staff. There was much too much loud laughing and personal conversations at the nurses station.

Dr Imlach is such a breath of fresh air as a PCP. His passion and knowledge is like no other. I literally wanna call everyone I know and tell them they need to come see him but then I'm afraid I would never be able to get an appointment. Seriously so hard to find Drs who are actually practicing medicine. I hope Advocate knows and appreciates what a Gem ? they have on their team.

The staff was wonderful. However, I waiting an excessive amount of time past my scheduled appointment to be seen. Once in the exam room, I waited even longer to be seen by the doctor. All told, I was at the office for nearly 3 hours.

The only reason I come there is because of William Imlach he's been my Doctor over 20 years best Doctor there there's no other I have confidence in
