They need to do better on stating on time or stop telling people to get there 15 minutes early when you gonna wait in the room an hour to hour and half to be seen

Dr. Imlach is a great doctor. He listens. He is forward thinking about my health. He notices things that are concerning even when they are not painful or particularly problematic to me. He listens to how my medicines are working and adjusts them if needed. He has a way of making me feel like we are truly in a partnership for my good health. He never makes me feel like I'm a bother or a burden. Although I know he is tremendously busy, he never makes me feel like he is in a hurry to be done with me. He is also super smart. I wish you could clone him.

Dr. Imlach is always personable and knows my history very well. He explains things in a manner that I can understand and addresses all of my concerns.
