The RN from Advocare Hospice Care Team, She is such a Lovely Lady, Compationate, Knowlegable from personal exsperience. She went over what exceptance of the Hospice care team would entail. What We could expect for this Transition. She gave us folders with all the Technical information, the medications, there effects......(I was sobering, and gave ne pause. but needed to be said And then gave us a couple weeks to go over with the only other family member to decide.

I was so excited about him. He really understands my health problems.
