Dr Imlach was caring and spent time with me going over his plan for me. I found him to give excellent care.

Got checked in quickly and called back within 5 minutes. All the staff was very friendly.

I was not surprised about the delay as my appointment was in the middle of the day and Dr. Imlach always gives me as much time as I need so I assume he does this with everyone. He is such an excellent doctor, he is worth the wait.

The waiting time. I waited for over an hour after my appointment time. I should not typically be in a doctors office for three hours

My experience is always positive, my only complaint is the wait time! Just entirely too long!
