I wasn't happy about how long I waited to see the Doctor. My appointment was 9:15 and he didn't come into my room until about 10:30. He did apologize profusely about how long I waited but still. That early of an appointment I shouldn't have to wait that long.

Dr. Kim made you at ease and comfortable before, during and after surgery. Even the follow up visits he always kept you current on your progress and made sure your questions were answered.

Saw Dr. Kim in the Kenosha location. Beautiful building (165/I-94) He and his staff always a joy to see, which speaks highly from someone who does not like to go see the doctor.

Dr. Kim and his team were friendly and fantastic. There was a bit of a wait, but I can understand bc he took his time with me and never made me feel rushed.
