My first appointment with Dr. Kim was informative educational and just what I needed for my present condition.

Dr Kim is great, but was running 45 minutes behind. It would have been nice to have been told at check in instead of sitting there feeling forgotten when we're told to arrive 15 minutes early. That makes it more like an hour behind. I know things happen. Just communicate it

Doctor Walter Kim is very kind and understanding. He truly cares and listens to his patients.

Dr Kim was pleasant during the office visit. He explained what he was doing and what the plan of care was needed. His MA was also great during the visit.

Dr Kim was personable, friendly, and listened - which is one of the most important qualities for a medical provider, in my opinion. I felt valued and as though he was interested in my situation and how it could be improved. Dr Kim's staff was also superb! The x-rays weren't coming through as they were supposed to and it took a little bit of "tweaking" (by several staff members) - and they were successful - yay! The people with whom I interacted were all friendly and professional. I would gladly recommend Dr Kim!
