My experience was wonderful as usual.
Doctor Vy Dinh is the best doctor I have ever had in my entire life. She's the only doctor I have ever met that reminds me of the old fashioned notion of doctors who became doctors to take care of people. She is actually inspiring to me because she cares so much - she makes me care more about my own self. She's versed in multiple areas and treats me as a whole person. Mind, body, spirit are being explored in each visit. I have never had a primary care physician who has actually started a journey with me and let me know it's a journey to get things right if that makes sense. Basically I cannot even express to you the amount of gratitude I have at my visits to her office. Which reminds me let's talk about the other staff at the office. They are kind, careful, relatable and efficient. For the first time in my life I feel like just maybe I'm truly at the right place that will heal me in ways I didn't even know needed healing. Vy Dinh and her staff are a Godsend. They surely have to work with tight constraints of insurance requirements and time crunches for appointments but somehow they work all of it into a good experience and not an inconvenience for anyone. I feel beyond satisfied with not just what I have experienced but also very dedicated to trying to work with her in the future visits to make myself whole again. When someone cares like she does - it just makes you take everything seriously. She is the absolute gold standard of her field and of the human spirit.

Dr. Dinh has helped me with my "white coat" problem tremendously by putting me at ease with her. She is knowledgeable in providing helpful hints on improving my health and supports me completely. She's the best.
Best experience I ever had with a Doctor.
While I'm very pleased with my GP, I have serious issues with trying to make appointments to see an Audioligist.. If a patient had a serious problem like I did with an Acoustic Neuroma they could not wait 4 or 5 months to see someone. Getting past scheduling is the least pleasant part of dealing with Auora.
It was professional, courteous and timely.
